Returns/Exchanges

At American Outdoor Woman we understand how difficult it can be to find the right size. Or sometimes your items just don't click with your style or fit. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned or exchanged. No worries!  Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt for any reason. We offer exchanges or refunds on returns that meet the following guidelines.

1. Customer must contact American Outdoor Woman Within 30 days of original purchase for an authorization number.
2. All Items must be unused with original tags or stickers intact. (Including sanitary stickers on swimwear)

3. Items must be returned in original packaging.
4. Items must be clean,unworn,not damaged and free from odors.
5.Health Regulations do not allow us to accept returns on (panties,thongs,underwear) Choose your size carefully.
To initiate the return process, please create a return authorization through your account or please email us at customerservice@americanoutdoorwoman.com  You will be provided a Return Authorization Number.  This Return Authorization Number will need to be written on the package that is sent back. Please explain the reason for return (Optional). Items will be inspected and approved for refund or exchange if the return guide lines have been met. We will not be held responsible for items sent back without a reference id or that have been lost/stolen so please track your package. Return shipping cost will be your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund on an order that qualified for free shipping the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Your exchange will be shipped upon receipt and inspection.  If we are 'out of stock' on an item you want to exchange for, there may be some delay to ship your new selection.  All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.  Back orders and per-orders are considered custom (made to order) and cannot be canceled/refunded before shipped, but can be exchanged after shipment.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
